This pet portrait was commissioned in Solihull by a lady who wanted a piece of art as a surprise birthday present for her husband. I photographed Ella, and together we (Ella's owner and I, not Ella herself) chose the shot that best captured her natural stance and features, with which I could work on the painting from.
